Processing Time
Orders process within 1–3 business days. You’ll receive an order confirmation and a separate email with tracking once your items ship.

Tracking & Split Shipments
All orders include tracking. To speed deliveries, multi-item orders may ship separately at no extra cost.
Address Changes
If your order hasn’t shipped, contact us immediately with your order number and the updated address. We can’t modify addresses after dispatch.
Delivery Issues
If tracking hasn’t updated for 7+ days (U.S.) or 10+ days (international), contact us and we’ll investigate with the carrier. For confirmed loss or damage, we’ll replace or refund per our policy.
Customs, Duties & Taxes (International)
Import duties/taxes vary by country and are the customer’s responsibility. Refused deliveries due to unpaid duties may be treated as returns minus shipping/handling.
Damaged, Missing or Incorrect Items
Email support within 7 days of delivery with your order number, photos of packaging/product, and a brief description. We’ll resolve it promptly.
Returns
Unused items in original condition are eligible within 30 days of delivery unless marked final sale. See our Returns/Refunds page for instructions.
